Terms of use
These terms govern use of feedvaultpro.pro operated by Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
About the service
This website describes editorial channels, volume formats and desk operations of Feed Vault Pro, an independent feed archive studio in Singapore. Public pages are informational. Engagement terms for specific editorial work are set out in separate written agreements.
Editorial disclaimer
Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd. publishes feedvaultpro.pro as an independent editorial studio. Descriptions of channels, volume formats and desk practice on this site are informational. Editorial judgement reflects available sources, publication timing and events beyond our control; no public page promises a particular story, ranking, readership figure or commercial outcome. Binding editorial scope for any specific engagement appears only in written agreement between the parties.
Acceptable use
You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape at rates that harm operation, misrepresent affiliation with Feed Vault Pro, or use site content to imply endorsement of your products or political campaigns.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, photographs and marks on this site are owned by Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd. or used under licence. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and link; republication of volumes or systematic reuse requires written permission.
Third-party embeds
Google Maps appears on every page. Google services are subject to Google's terms. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser may request resources from those providers.
No contact form
We do not operate a web form. Communication is by mailto, tel and post only. We are not responsible for failures of your email or telephony providers.
Accuracy and corrections
We aim for accurate description of our editorial process. Site copy may be updated without notice. Editorial volumes published to engaged clients follow separate correction policies described in onboarding materials.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those implied by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. Check the date above when reviewing.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one closest to the original intent permitted by law.
Entire agreement for site use
These terms, together with the privacy and cookies notices, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of this public website. Separate written agreements govern paid editorial engagements and volume delivery to clients.
Links to third parties
Our site may link to external resources such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
Prohibited automated access
You may not use robots, scrapers or similar tools to access the site at rates that interfere with operation, circumvent technical measures, or systematically republish our editorial descriptions without permission.
Trade marks
Feed Vault Pro and associated marks are trade marks of Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without written consent.
Feedback
If you send suggestions about site structure or editorial coverage, we may use them without obligation or compensation unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to operate the site caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network failures, natural events, or government action, provided we resume service when practicable.
Assignment
We may assign our rights under these terms in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the business. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
Survival
Provisions which by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive cessation of site use.
Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa where context requires. References to statutes include amendments and re-enactments.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorised officer.
Third-party rights
Except where expressly stated, these terms do not confer rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or otherwise.
Electronic communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding site matters, including by email to addresses you provide in correspondence. You are responsible for keeping contact details accurate.
Availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may temporarily affect the site. Editorial volumes delivered under contract follow separate availability terms.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing our trade marks or republishing volumes without permission, notify [email protected] with URLs and description. We review and respond where appropriate. Repeated or systematic misuse may be referred to legal advisers and hosting providers under applicable law.
Version
These terms apply to feedvaultpro.pro as published on 12 August 2026. Earlier versions are superseded unless archived copies are requested for dispute resolution. Continued browsing after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms shown by the Last updated date.
Editorial independence
Nothing in these terms requires Feed Vault Pro to publish particular coverage, favour particular sources or refrain from publishing lawful editorial material. Client agreements may specify scope boundaries in writing; this public site describes general studio methods only.
Accessibility of site terms
We aim to present these terms in readable Work Sans prose with sufficient contrast on white surfaces. If you need this document in another format for accessibility reasons, email [email protected] and we will endeavour to provide a reasonable alternative within desk hours.
Notices to principals
Communications teams may forward these terms to internal counsel. We do not provide legal advice about your organisation's obligations; this section describes Feed Vault Pro's own site rules only.
Public site versus client delivery
These terms govern browsing feedvaultpro.pro and using its public descriptions of editorial practice. They do not replace written engagement terms for volume delivery, correction logs or bespoke channel pulses agreed with client teams. Where public copy and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs the engagement; the site governs everything else.
Linking to public pages
You may link to our public pages with accurate anchor text. You may not frame our content inside your site in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without written consent. Deep links to legal notices are encouraged for compliance teams reviewing vendor documentation.
Cached copies of these terms on third-party archives are not authoritative; refer to feedvaultpro.pro/terms.php and the Last updated date above when reviewing obligations.
