Consent storage
Name: sg_feed_consent · Path: / · Max-Age: about 180 days · SameSite: Lax. Backup key: cookie_consent_v1 in localStorage. Value is URL-encoded JSON recording essential (always true), functional (true/false), analytics (false on this site), timestamp and version.
Categories
Essential. Required to remember your consent choice. Cannot be disabled while using the banner system.
Functional. Optional. When enabled, may remember layout preferences related to maps and navigation. When disabled, the site remains fully readable.
Analytics. We do not set analytics cookies on this site. The toggle appears for transparency and future compatibility.
Google Maps
Each content page includes a Stanley Street map iframe — standard Google embed without an API key on our side. When the iframe loads, Google may process connection data under its own policies; we do not receive a copy of that processing. Consent interaction, Reject-all behaviour and browser-level controls are documented on this page; personal-data framing and PDPA context appear in our privacy notice.
Google Fonts
Fonts load from Google Fonts CDN when you visit any page. Google may log IP address and user agent. Fonts are Fraunces, Work Sans and IBM Plex Mono.
Reject all behaviour
Rejecting non-essential cookies stores functional:false in sg_feed_consent and the localStorage backup. The banner hides and stays hidden on reload within the consent window. Maps still display because location embeds are part of our layout standard; we do not enable optional functional cookies that remember map zoom or layout preferences until you consent separately. Use browser controls to limit third-party cookies from Google if your policy requires it.
Browser controls
You may delete cookies via browser settings. Deleting sg_feed_consent will show the banner again on next visit.

Technical details of consent JSON
Example decoded value after Accept all: essential true, functional true, analytics false, ts ISO-8601 timestamp, v 1. After Reject all: functional false. The cookie is URL-encoded JSON set with Path=/, SameSite=Lax, Max-Age approximately 15552000 seconds.
Session versus persistent
Consent cookie is persistent for about six months. We do not use session cookies for analytics on this site. Essential consent storage persists so you are not asked on every page within the window.
Updates to this notice
When we change cookie practices we update this page and the Last updated date. Significant changes may be noted on the home page ledger section in editorial copy where appropriate.
Testing your choice
After saving preferences, reload the page or navigate to another content page. The banner should remain hidden. Use Manage cookies on this page to reopen the panel. Clear site data in your browser to simulate a first visit.
Relationship to PDPA
Cookie choices relate to consent under the Personal Data Protection Act where applicable. See our privacy notice for broader data handling. Functional cookies, when enabled, may store non-sensitive layout preferences only.
No advertising cookies
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on feedvaultpro.pro. Google resources may behave according to their own policies when embeds load.

Local storage inspection
Developers and curious readers may inspect cookie_consent_v1 in browser developer tools after making a choice. Values match the JSON described above. Do not edit stored values manually unless testing; inconsistent values fall back to showing the banner again.
Accessibility of controls
Cookie buttons are keyboard operable with visible focus rings. The customise panel uses switch elements operable by keyboard. We honour prefers-reduced-motion for banner transitions.
Children and shared devices
If multiple people use one browser profile, consent applies to that profile. Shared office machines should use separate profiles or clear consent when sessions end if your policy requires it.

If you believe cookies were set contrary to this notice, email [email protected] with page URL, time and browser version. We investigate and respond within reasonable time.
Customise and Save workflow
The Customise button opens a panel with functional and analytics toggles. Analytics is permanently off on this site. Saving writes the JSON consent object described above to cookie and localStorage backup. Hard refresh within the one hundred eighty day window should not restore the banner unless you clear site data.

First-visit walkthrough
On a first visit you should see the banner at the foot of the page with Accept all, Reject all and Customise. Choosing any option writes consent locally and hides the banner until expiry or until you clear site data. The Manage cookies button on this page reopens the same panel without waiting for expiry — useful when your organisation's policy changes mid-quarter.
Font delivery note
Google Fonts requests occur on every page load because Fraunces, Work Sans and IBM Plex Mono are part of our typographic standard. We do not self-host those files on feedvaultpro.pro; disabling third-party requests in your browser may fall back to system fonts without breaking readability.
If you audit third-party loads, record both Maps iframes and font stylesheets — they originate from different Google endpoints and may appear separately in network logs.
