Privacy notice
This notice explains how Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit feedvaultpro.pro, contact us by email or phone, or interact with embedded content such as Google Maps. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and handle data with the same care we apply to editorial records.
Who we are
Feed Vault Pro Pte. Ltd., 14 Stanley Street, #01-03, Singapore 068737. Data protection contact: [email protected].
What data we collect
Website visit. Our hosting infrastructure may log technical data: IP address, browser type, request time, pages viewed. Logs are used for security and capacity planning, not for profiling readers.
Cookie and storage data. We store cookie consent preferences in the sg_feed_consent cookie and localStorage key cookie_consent_v1. See our cookie notice.
Email and phone. When you contact us, we process the content you send, your email address or phone number, and correspondence metadata needed to reply.
Google Maps. Map embeds appear on every content page so readers can locate our filing room at 14 Stanley Street. Google may collect usage data according to its policies. For embed mechanics, consent interaction and browser controls, see our cookie notice.
Why we use data
- To operate and secure the website
- To remember cookie preferences you choose
- To respond to editorial enquiries and data protection requests
- To comply with law and defend legal claims
Legal basis and consent
We rely on consent for non-essential cookies, legitimate interests for site security and correspondence, and legal obligation where applicable. You may withdraw cookie consent via the banner or the Manage control on the cookies page.
Retention
Server logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to security needs, then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for the enquiry and our legitimate record-keeping, then archived or deleted according to internal schedule.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with hosting providers operating in Singapore, and with Google when you load a map embed. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Google Maps may process data outside Singapore. Where providers transfer data internationally, we expect appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Your rights
Under PDPA you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact [email protected]. We respond within reasonable time. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission if unresolved.
Children
This site is intended for adult professional readers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls on correspondence, and least-privilege handling for editorial systems. No method is perfectly secure; we review practices periodically.
Changes
We update this notice when practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be highlighted on the cookies page.
Maps on every page
As stated in our publication standard, each content page includes a map embed so readers can find the Stanley Street filing room. Loading those pages may allow Google to process data according to your browser settings and Google's policies. Rejecting functional cookies on our site does not disable Google's embed. See our cookie notice for map embed details, consent interaction and browser controls.
Detailed processing activities
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider in Singapore records request metadata for each page load: timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer when supplied, user agent string and IP address. We use these logs to detect abuse, diagnose outages and plan capacity. Logs are not used to build marketing profiles or to track individual reading habits across sessions for commercial purposes.
Consent records. When you choose Accept, Reject or Customise on the cookie banner, we store your choice locally in sg_feed_consent and optionally in localStorage under cookie_consent_v1. The record includes essential:true, functional true or false, analytics false, an ISO timestamp and version number 1. This processing is necessary to honour your preference on subsequent visits within approximately one hundred eighty days.
Email correspondence. If you write to [email protected], we process your email address, message body, attachments if any, and technical headers needed for delivery and spam filtering. We use this data solely to respond, maintain editorial records where appropriate, and comply with law. We do not add casual correspondents to marketing lists.
Data protection mail. Messages to [email protected] are handled by designated staff. We may request identity verification before fulfilling access or correction requests to protect account security.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means without human review. Editorial indexing involves human editors at verification passes described on the answers page.
Data minimisation
We collect only what is needed for the purposes above. We do not require account registration to read public pages. We do not operate newsletter sign-up fields on this site.
Processors and subprocessors
Hosting is provided under contract with operators in Singapore. Google provides Maps embeds and font delivery. We require processors to handle data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security. A list of categories of processors is available on request to [email protected].
Breach notification
If a personal data breach likely to result in significant harm occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required by PDPA, and document remedial steps.
Records retention schedule
Server logs: typically rotated within ninety days unless retained longer for incident investigation. Cookie consent records: until expiry or deletion by you. General editorial correspondence: up to seven years where needed for legal or operational record-keeping, otherwise deleted when no longer required. Data protection request logs: retained as required to demonstrate compliance.

Relationship to terms and cookies notices
This privacy notice should be read with our terms of use and cookie notice. Where descriptions overlap, the more specific notice governs its topic. Material changes to this notice will update the date above.
Language
This notice is published in Singapore English. Enquiries may be submitted in English; we reply in English unless otherwise agreed in writing for data protection correspondence.
Publication of editorial volumes
When teams engage Feed Vault Pro for volume delivery, separate agreements describe how reader lists, delivery endpoints and correction logs are handled. That processing is not covered by public site browsing alone. Client agreements specify retention, access controls and breach procedures tailored to the engagement.
Cookies and similar technologies defined
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. LocalStorage is a browser storage area used as backup for consent. Neither technology on this site stores editorial content or payment details because we do not process payments on public pages.
Questions from corporate readers
Compliance teams often ask whether map embeds transfer data to the United States. Google operates globally; we select standard embed mode without API keys and document the embed in this notice and on the cookies page. Your organisation may apply additional browser policies on managed devices.
Updates and archival copies
We maintain internal records of notice versions with effective dates. You may request the effective date of a prior version by writing to [email protected] with reasonable specificity.
Desk visitors and in-person enquiries
Readers who visit 14 Stanley Street during desk hours may ask for printed copies of this notice. We do not require identification to receive a copy. If you leave a business card for follow-up, we treat it as correspondence under the email rules above and retain it only as long as needed to respond.
Photographs on this site
Images on feedvaultpro.pro are editorial photographs of our filing room, neighbourhood and desk. They do not contain biometric templates or reader faces captured without consent. If you believe you appear in a photograph and wish it removed, contact [email protected] with the page URL and we will review promptly.

Map embed cross-reference
Technical details of Google Maps iframes — including what happens when you Reject all on our banner — are documented in the cookie notice rather than repeated here. We review this notice when cookie practices or hosting arrangements change; minor clarifications may appear without altering retention schedules described above.
